  • Evaluated the physico-chemical properties of fortified rice and assessed awareness levels of fortified rice among adolescent girls.
  • Analysed hemoglobin, iron, folic acid, and vitamin B12 levels of adolescent girls consuming fortified rice on Day 0 and Day 90, comparing results against a control group consuming non-fortified rice.
